We understand that as a landlord, you need to see and know that you are getting your money's worth when it comes to fees. Therefore we offer different levels of management services.

Each service includes many items that other high street agents add on as chargeable extras. Our fees are entirely transparent, and we do not agree with these "add ons" that mount up, inevitably spiraling out of control. For more information on our no hidden landlord fees, click here.

What's more, is we don't have the overheads of a high street shop, and we're not part of a franchise or chain so we can pass the savings onto you. As a result, our prices are very competitive.

Rent Guarantee

As part of our management service, all managed landlords of Rockett Home Rentals are required to be insured by our rent and legal policy, included in the annual administration fee. This covers non-payment of rent by the tenant and legal costs. Non-payment of rent is the single biggest risk facing today's landlords. References taken out on the tenants can only assess the risk of default at the start of a tenancy, but changes in circumstances can lead to difficulties in paying the rent. It is mandatory in our managed service that you are protected against a loss of rental income. Rockett Home Rentals Ltd will automatically arrange Rent & Legal Protection Cover for you through the appropriate insurance provider.

Rent Protection Protection should the tenant not pay their rent.
Rent Recovery We will pursue tenants on your behalf to recover outstanding rent from them.
Repossession Costs and expenses to obtain possession of the property.
Eviction of squatters Costs and expenses to evict anyone who is not your tenant or ex-tenant from the property and who has not got your permission to be there.
Property damage Legal cover to pursue tenants for damage to the property of over £1,000.
Legal expenses Coverage up to £100,000 of legal expenses as well as legal defence in a criminal prosecution relating to the letting of the property and actions for unlawful discrimination.
Contract disputes Cost and expenses for a dispute with a party with whom you have a direct contractual relationship.

We’ll do all the necessary work on your behalf to recover any outstanding rent and ensure you don’t lose out during the process. Whilst your property is vacant, we’ll pay 75% of rent arrears for two months.

Our Fees (This is what we do)

1. Letting Only Service 100% of one month's rent plus VAT, minimum fee £700 + VAT (£840 inc. VAT). (Per Property)
2. Rent Demand Service 8% + VAT of the monthly rent plus the fee for the letting only service. (Per Property)
3. Property Management Service 10% plus VAT of the monthly rent. (Per Property)
3a. Annual Administration Fee 8% of the annual rent (including VAT) payable from the first month's rent.  This is only applicable to managed properties.  (this is per property and per room/tenant on house shares). This includes rent guarantee and legal cover insurance.

All fees apply per property and not per tenant.
