Rockett Home Rentals uses a 24-hour online maintenance reporting system to log any issues quickly and efficiently.

Request a Repair
If you are living in one of our managed properties and need to report a maintenance issue, please click the icon below. Save the link in your favourites so you can easily report future problems.
Reports submitted online always take priority over those sent by email or phone.
Once submitted, we will instruct one of our contractors to attend your property. They can either enter with keys from our office or meet you there.
Out of Hours Emergency Maintenance
We have updated the way we handle out-of-hours emergency issues. Now, any new reports submitted via our system when the office is closed will be triaged directly with a tradesperson over video.
You will be able to connect within minutes to discuss and review the problem. Please do not change the way you report an issue, you should continue to do so via our online reporting tool: Report an issue
After submitting a report, you will receive both an SMS and an email with a secure link. Click the link on your smartphone when you are at the property and have a good Wi-Fi signal. We will share your phone number and email address with the software provider only for identification purposes.
This service is designed to resolve emergencies quickly. You will connect with a qualified tradesperson via video who can triage the problem and, if possible, guide you through a fix under supervision.
If a site visit is required, the process reduces delays by providing photos and a full report in advance. This allows the contractor to arrive with the correct parts and aim for a “first fix.” The video engineer can also dispatch an emergency contractor if the situation requires it.
You can use this service whenever the office is closed. However, please only use it for genuine emergencies such as no hot water or heating during the winter period.
Our management team will also receive a copy of the engineer’s report, ensuring we can act on the information provided.

Property Visits
We carry out property visits up to twice a year. These checks allow us to review the condition of the property and recent maintenance works. They also give you an opportunity to discuss your tenancy plans.
Visits are always arranged directly with the tenant at a convenient time. Please note that property visits take place only between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Tenancy Renewals
If your tenancy is coming to an end, you have two options:
- Move onto a rolling contract
- Renew your fixed-term agreement
