All of the landlords properties will be logged on their profile and within each property are sections for statements, notes, certificates, maintenance, inspections and documents.

Rockett Home Rentals offers a unique letting solution for landlords. Our package takes away the stress of repairs and tenant non payment. We believe that property owners need the reassurance provided by a professional service.

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

The service comprises:

Rent Protection
This covers legal fees to evict a tenant, payment of rent whilst vacant possession is sought and payment of rent for a limited time after vacant possession has been obtained.

Tenant Assessment
Tenants are fully vetted by an independent professional referencing and credit checking company.

Property Maintenance
We pride ourselves on our maintenance service. We only use approved registered contractors. We have a database of contractors who have proven their reliability, quality of work and will prioritize our requests.

Rent Collection
Receiving rental payments monthly in advance, and paying you promptly.

REGULAR PROPERTY INSPECTION
WRITTEN AND PHOTOGRAPHIC INVENTORY

These are carried out by our inventory clerks who have completed a full inventory clerk training programme.

DEPOSITS ARE PROTECTED BY THE ARLA CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION BOND. Full details and fees available on request.

LET ONLY

Our let only service is a fully comprehensive tenant introductory service comprising accompanied viewings, full reference and credit checking, professional inventory, photographic inventory, collection of first months rent and deposit, drawing up the tenancy agreement and booking the tenant in. This service is only suitable for those landlords who live close to the property and have sufficient time available.
